Hyderabad : Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao got relief in the high court.

The court dismissed the memo of the CBI court on Monday.

It may be recalled that the lower court had ruled that there was no need for government’s permission for prosecuting the minister. When Dharmana contested the lower court’s decision, the high court dismissed CBI court’s memo.
