New Delhi : The Adjudicating Authority of the Enforcement Directorate has approved the  attachment of the properties of Y S Jaganmohan Reddy to the tune of Rs. 143.74 crores, on Thursday.

The Enforcement Authority has decided to attach properties worth Rs,. 143. 74 crore on January 7. f this,  Ramki Group’s properties were to the tune of Rs. 133.74 crore and Jagati Publications (Sakshi) properties were to the tune of Rs. 10 crores. Jagati Publications properties are in the form of Fixed Deposits. After the decision, the Adjudicating Authority heard arguments of both sides and approved the attachment. Following the clearance, the ED has issued a statement, announcing the attachment.

It may be recalled that the ED had earlier attached properties of Y S Jaganmohan Reddy to the tune of Rs. 51 crore. The ED had then attached properties of Jagati Publications and Janani Infra

of Jagan. Now the mutual fund of Jagati to the tune of Rs. 10 crore and properties of the Ramki Goup of Ayodhya Rami Reddy, to the tune of Rs. 133.74 crore were being attached.
