Y S Vijayamma, YSR Congress honorary president reiterated that her party and Jagan were not opposed to Telangana statehood.

Addressing a mammoth party workers’ meeting at Jogipet in Medak district as part of her Telangana tour she made it clear that her party was not against Telangana State and urged the UPA government to act according to the Telangana people’s wishes.

Vijayamma cautioned the workers that nexus conspiracy by TDP and Congress should be routed in the ensuing Panchayat elections.

Coming down heavily on TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu for their hunger for power she addressed the party activists at Sangareddy where youth Congress leader Manoj Reddy joined the YSRCP in the presence of Vijayamma.

Vijayamma is visiting Nalgonda on Wednesday, Khammam on June 27, Rangareddy on June 28, Mahaboobnagar on June 29, Karimnagar on June 30, Adilabad on July 1, Nizamabad on July 2 and Warangal on July 3.
