Hyderabad : Auditor Vijaya Sai Reddy, second accused in the Jagan assets case, wants to be present in the court when the CBI petition to separate him from Jagan comes up for hearing on June 19.

It may be recalled that the CBI filed a memo in the CBI court seeking that Vijaya Sai Reddy and Y S Jaganmohan Reddy should not be kept in the same jail. Expressing doubts that the two might tamper with evidence if kept in the same jail, the agency asked for shifting of Vijaya Sai to another jail. The memo would come up for hearing in the court on June 19. Vijaya Sai filed a memo in the court asking for permission to be present on the day in the court personally and listen to arguments.
