The High Court on Thursday posted the hearing to July 2 on petition filed by the Enforcement Directorate seeking permission to interrogate YSR Congress president Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The court after hearing the arguments of Enforcement Directorate and Jagan’s counsel posted the petition to July 2.
It may be mentioned that the Enforcement Directorate has booked Jagan under several acts for violating Foreign Exchange rules and Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
Earlier, the special court gave permission to the Enforcement Directorate to serve notices to Jaganmohan Reddy following refusal of his counsel to accept the ED notices.
