Kadiam Proves He Is Different From Dadi

Published on May 13 2013 // Featured, Political News

The Telugu Desam Party has lost two of its most prominent leaders and politburo members in a span of a couple of weeks – Dadi Veerabhadra Rao and .

While Veerabhadra Rao has joined the YSR Congress party, Srihari is contemplating joining the Telangana Rashtra Samithi. It was definitely a setback for TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu, who had just completed his marathon padayatra, hoping to restore the past glory of the TDP.

But, there is a vast difference between the resignation of Veerabhadra Rao and of Srihari. The TDP has remained unaffected with Dadi’s resignation, as not a single party worker has gone along with him into the YSR Congress party. On the other hand, Srihari’s resignation has come as a big blow to the TDP in Warangal district, as a majority of the party workers have supported his decision to come out of the TDP. And if Srihari joins the TRS, he would take along with him a large number of the TDP leaders and cadres.

That is precisely why the TDP leaders in Warangal district such as Errabelli Dayakar Rao and Revuri Prakash Reddy, are panicky. They are desperately trying to console the party workers and see that they would not desert the TDP to defect into the TRS.
