Telugu Desam party leader Somireddy Chandra Mohana Reddy called for the media conference at NTR Trust Bhawan today and questioned whether a criminal can be given a protocol equivalent to that of Governor. He says that the he received priority at every traffic signal as is given in case of CM and Governor of the State.  He questions whether so much of hype will not scare the witnesses?

He connected the CBI’s haste in submitting its memo telling that the investigation is over with the Ordinance passed by the Government allowing criminals to contest in elections superseding the Supreme Court’s order.  He said that it is nothing but welcoming him on the red carpet under the instructions of Sonia Gandhi.

Somireddy said that it will remain in the history that an accused with so much of financial crime running in thousands of crores, to whom Supreme Court denied bail asking him for the source of so much of wealth is given is given a lenient treatment by CBI.

Somireddy said that Vijayamma called Sonia Gandhi on 23rd night and got assurance from her and the result is releasing Jagan and giving so much of importance.  He said that Congress party, YSRCP and TRS belong to the same group and it is evident from the talks of KCR.

Somireddy said that TDP is the only party that opposed Congress party right from the Bofors case till now and he assures that the fight of the party against corruption will continue.
