Kadapa : Y S Jaganmohan Reddy’s uncle (younger brother of YSR) YS Bhaskara Reddy condemned media reports that he would be leaving the YSR Congress. As long as he was in politics, he would stand by YSR’s family, he has asserted.

Strongly criticizing the media for publishing and telecasting reports that he would be joining the Congress, he said he never aspired for positions and the people of Pulivendula knew about it. He has asserted that the families of YSR and his were not different.

Bhaskara Reddy is presently in-charge of the Pulivendula constituency and an active leader of the YSR Congress. Reports said the Congress was throwing the bait to Bhaskara Reddy, offering him minister’s post. Congress which has no leader in Kadapa district, is looking for leaders who can keep the party flag aloft.
