Telugu Desam Party MLCs Narasa Reddy and Gangadhar Gowd called the Congress party’s Jaitra Yatra Sabha held yesterday at Bodhan in Nizamabad District as Anthima yatra.

Talking to the media persons at Hyderabad, they criticized that the only persons who are competing for the CM’s post if Telangana is formed have conducted the meeting which is called Jaitra yatra means ‘Jouney of victory’ but it is only Anthima Yatra means ‘Last journey’.

They also commented that the leaders who did not caste their eye on the issues when the Telangana protests are going on, not to talk of participating in the movement, are now talking about Telangana by attending the Jaitra Yatra.  They also said that the fact is known to the people of Telangana that those leaders are responsible for the deaths of thousands of people for the sake of Telangana.

The MLCs commented that the leaders talked in so called jaitrayatra have no right to talk about the flag posts of TDP.  Congress leader Sudarshan Reddy said in the Jaitrayatra that the TDP leaders in Chittore District have conducted last rites to Sonia Gandhi and buried her photo which is a heinous act.  He said that it is the responsibility of the people to see that no flags of TDP will be seen in Telangana region.  It is in that context the MLCs said that they have no right to talk about the flag posts of TDP.
