Maverick minister for minor irrigation T G Venkatesh, who is known for his strong opposition to the demand for separate Telangana state, has come out with an interesting offer to Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhara Rao.

Venkatesh told the media on Tuesday that he wanted to make a film with KCR as a hero, if the latter gave his consent.

“If everything goes well, the film will be directed by TRS MP from Medak Vijayashanti. While KCR’s nephew T Harish Rao will be the dialogue writer, his son K T Rama Rao would be the stunt master. Vijayashanti can also act in the film, if she wants,” he said.

Appreciating KCR for giving up smoking and concentrating on farming at Medak, the minister said it was a good indication to the transformation of the TRS president.

“The film will be based on the life of KCR and it would be a good message for the people of Seemandhra,” he said.

Venkatesh asserted that the Telangana movement had been on the wane among the people and now only a few leaders were talking about it. “All the credit goes to chief minister N Kiran  Kumar Reddy for subsiding the Telangana movement,” he said.
