The Union Minister S Jaipal Reddy says that the Congress high command leaning towards bifurcating the state into Rayala-Telangana and Seemandhra and also planning to introduce a bill to this effect in the Monsoon Session of Parliament.

Sources close to Jaipal said that after the 45 minutes meet with the Party state affairs in charge Digvijaya Singh Jaipal concluded that party was heavily leaning on the Rayala-Telangana and Seemandhra theory.

Jaipal is said to have told Digvijay Singh tht Rayala-Telangana solution was just like having half -boiled egg for breakfast.
