Hyderabad,: Rebel MLAs of both Congress and TDP responded to notices served on them by the speaker Nadendla Manohar for violation of their party whips.

Congress MLAs Perni Nani, Muddala Rajesh, Gottipati Ravi Kumar, Jogi Ramesh, Aalla Nani and TDP rebel Kodali Nani and others met the speaker on Thursday and gave their explanation for voting against the government during the recent no-confidence voting, violating the official whip. They asked the speaker to disqualify them as they had violated their party whips.
