Hyderabad : Every party has its own channel. TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao who used to frequently complain that Seemandhra media was ignoring the Telangana movement, got both a channel and a newspaper launched by persons close to him.

Now the TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu also felt the need to have his own channel. It is a known fact that Eenadu, E TV, Andhra Jyothi and ABN channels extend outright support to Naidu and his party. They are even called ‘Yellow Media’ by the YSR Congress and its media. Still Naidu felt the need for his own channel.

‘Studio N’ was supposed to be a committed channel of TDP. It is owned by hero Jr. NTR’s father-in-law. Lokesh used to sit in the channel and manage it. However, after differences sprouted between Naidu and NTR, the hero unceremoniously sent out Lokesh and his team. Then Lokesh also felt the need to have his own channel.

Now it is learnt that a TDP MLA of Rayalaseema and a Nellore leader provided funds for the new channel, which is named LSC channel, say repots. Lokesh reportedly went to Delhi to make arrangements for the launch of the channel in time for the elections. It is also being said that Lokesh has personally picked up journalists for the channel, which would soon be launched.
