Dharmana Prasada rao, who was forced to quit his minister post after his name has been listed in CBI charge sheet in connection with Jagan’s illegal assets cases, has made his first move to retain his lost glory in the Srikakulam district politics.Soon after, CM revolts against high command over bifurcation, he talked supporting him and also resigned to his MLA post.

Though, he appears to be sacrificing for Samaikyandhra, actually it is intended to create pressure on his political rival in the district union minister Killi Kriparani, who is refusing to quit her post. Dharmana is trying to shoot three birds for one shot with his resignation. While, supporting CM Kiran Kumar Reddy, who once insulates him from CBI interrogation, he also meets the demand of Samaikyandhra leaders with his resignation.

At the same time, he builds pressure on his rival Killi Kriparani to quit her post. What he looses with his resignation is just few months of his MLA position. But, it puts Killi Kruparani’s union minister post at stake. So, if she resigns then it brings a political balance in the district politics that enable him to regain full control on the district politics.
