Hyderabad, Feb 15: Actor and TDP leader Kavita’s daughter Madhuri married someone she chose as her life partner, defying her parents.

Before the marriage, Kavita complained to the Punjagutta police in Hyderabad that her daughter was missing.

Madhuri is a M. Ed student in Hyderabad. She fell in love with one Raj Kumar, a driver in private employment. When Kavita knew about their love, she disapproved it. Two days ago Madhuri disappeared and her mother lodged a complaint with the police. However Madhuri appeared at Peddapalli, the native place of Raj Kumar in Karimnagar district on Thursday. The two got married at a temple, in the presence of Dalit leaders. However, because of the complaint of Kavita, Punjagutta police arrested Raj Kumar at Peddapalli and brought him to Hyderabad.

Leaders of Dalit organizations are trying to rescue the youth as he married Madhuri with her consent.
