Elaborate arrangements are in brisk progress for unveiling NTR’s statue at Parliament premises on Tuesday. Union Minister D.Purandeswari has shoulders entire responsibility for making the function a grand success. She said that she is personally inviting all the persons related to her father late NTR. Although, she personally invited TDP president Chandrababu Naidu by phone, TDP sources told the media that they have not received any official invitation from Lok Sabha Speaker Meera Kumar. TDP MP Nama Nageswar rao has sought Speaker’s appointment to submit their protest in this regard. Hence, Chandrababu Naidu may not attend this function.

NTR’s widow Lakshmi Parvathi is also fuming on D.Purandeswari for not inviting her to function. She came to media speaking against her. She said both Purandeswari and Meera Kumar have misbehaved with her by ignoring her. She said even if she is personally invited now, she will not attend the function, but definitely one day she will go to New Delhi and garland her husband’s statue. She flayed Purandeswari for insulting her by not considering as member of the family.

However, all the other members of Nandamuri family including Balakrishna, Harikrishna, Jr.NTR, Kalyan Ram etc will be attending this function. Chandrababu may be represented by some of his party men.
