Hyderabad : Arguments on the memos of Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and auditor Vijaya Sai Reddy that all the chargesheets should be taken up for hearing simultaneously, began in the CBI court here on Wednesday.

CBI informed the court that there was evidence of quid pro quo transactions. The agency informed the court that it had so far filed 5 chargesheets and that investigation was in progress on six more issues. They charged that there was conspiracy behind several investments into Jagan’s companies. The agency’s lawyer also pointed that law does not prescribe the same punishment for each conspiracy and offence. The agency also contended that Vijaya Sai Reddy was the main architect for all the investments into Jagan’s companies.
