TRS MLA K. Taraka Rama Rao made it clear that his party would not accept either the financial package or Rayala-Telangana as the solution for separate Telangana State and would strongly oppose if the Centre announces them.

He said that only Telangana with its 10 districts including Hyderabad would be acceptable to his party and termed the new flashes as calculated ‘leaks’ of the Congress party to hoodwink the people once again keeping in view the Panchayat elections.

The TRS has been agitating for several years only for the formation of separate State and to protect the self pride of Telangana people and would not accept any kind of cheap alternative or substitute offers .

The TRS leader said the Telangana could be realized only when the Congress was routed in the elections and the party won majority of MP and MLA seats in 2014.
