When, he inducted Congress leader K.Keshav rao into TRS and appointed him as Secretary General of the party, the general belief is that he is particularly assigned to negotiate with Congress high command over merging terms and conditions. But, after his entry into party, now KCR not only changed his mind and retrieves from his words but also talking about taking active part in reconstruction of the new state. Is it due to Keshav rao stopping him from merging into Congress? Are the other two MPs Vivek and Manda Jagannadham, who are afraid to return to Congress fold fearing embarrassment and thus obstructing merger?
