Published on Jun 11 2013 // Featured, Political News

Jailed YS Jagan is facing legal censure repeatedly and appears emotionally sapped  as court once again dismissed his plea for joint trial of cases filed against him

YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy in Chanchalaguda jail for over an year in connection with alleged quid-pro-quo investments made by different entities will have to wait till September end for any legal relief.

A special CBI court in Hyderabad observed that the offences were distinct though the modus operandi was same in all the five charge-sheets filed so far.

In its charge sheet filed earlier, CBI alleged that Jagan and his father, former AP Chief Minister late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and others had hatched a conspiracy to defraud the government.

If separate trials were held the case of Jagan will be heard for years and years just like the ongoing trial of Satyam Ramalinga Raju , Harshad Mehta case  and the Telgi case .
