A 22-year-old software engineer of Hyderabad was injured when she jumped out of a moving autorickshaw in hitech city after a co-passenger tried to molest her

Police said Wednesday that the incident took place Tuesday night leading to head injuries for the woman. The woman told her friends that she boarded a sharing auto rickshaw after visiting a beauty parlour and was returning home.

As other passengers got off at their destinations, a man seated with her allegedly tried to hold her while the auto rickshaw driver diverted the vehicle. Hailing from Goa, the woman who worked at a software firm panicked and jumped out of the auto.
