Although, TDP has been accusing that Jagan Mohan Reddy has turned the Chanchalguda Jail into his party office and using mobile phones from the jail, there were no takers in the beginning. But, there was a drastic change in the situation after Finance Minister Anam Rami Narayana Reddy has fired at his mentor late YSR and his family members. He alleges that entire family is corrupted and if there is capital punishment for white color crimes, then Jagan should be hanged to death first. Then onwards, majority of the Congress ministers and leaders have come open aiming their guns at late YSR and his family members, especially on Jagan Mohan Reddy. Senior Congress leader V.Hanumantha rao has demanded Jagan Mohan Reddy should be shifted to a jail in other state to prevent him doing politics from the jail.

YSRCP leader Ambati Rambabu, instead of condemning the allegations levied against his party president, has asked what is wrong in doing politics from jail and which law has stated an accused should refrain from doing politics, while he was jailed. YSRCP was caught by tongue for his over smart statement, which confirms violating the rules and regulations of jail. Following his statement government whip Gandra Venkata Ramana Reddy has demanded DIG of Police Dinesh Reddy to conduct an investigation into the alleged violations in Chanchalguda jail and take action against those who violated the jail norms.

YSRCP realizing the consequences have adopts a new plan. It accused that CM Kiran Kumar Reddy and Chandrababu together are conspiring against Jagan Mohan Reddy and planning to send him away from the state, so as to disconnect him with his party and then to destabilize it.

Even Jagan Mohan Reddy’s wife Bharati also accused the both for conspiring against her husband.
