Former Home minister Sabita Indra Reddy attended the CBI Special court in connection with Dalmia Cements case.

The others accused in the same case also appeared before the court today. The court accepted the personal bond produced by Sabita.The court is yet to decide on the CBI petition for her judicial custody along with another minister Dharmana Prasada Rao.

IAS officer Sri Lakshmi came to the court in an ambulance because of ill health and she could not go to the court on the second floor. Court officials went to the ambulance to mark her presence at the request of her lawyer.

Half a dozen bureaucrats one Minister and several industrialists are in jail in connection with the illegal assets case of YS Jagan . Three other ministers – Geeta Reddy, Ponnala Lakshmaiah and Kanna Lakshminarayana are also under CBI heat in same case.
