Though he wouldn’t enjoy the job, he is forced to do it! This is situation of Union Science and technology Minister as well as Senior Congress leader from Telangana Jaipal Reddy. He is being approached by Sonia Gandhi and Congress leadership in New Delhi in regards to the state of Andhra Pradesh and formation of separate Telangana state.

It is known fact that Jaipal Reddy is in favour of separate state, but he is not able to spell out this clearly to the centre as part of his consultations since he also respects the high commands decision. He is Catch 22 situation and is struggling within himself while doing the consultations.

Meanwhile, the centre seems to be in dilemma regarding bifurcation of the state. Some while ago it was in mood to separate Telangana but now things seem to be different. Being true party man, whatever the call is from centre Jaipal will abide with it.
