Eight TRS Leaders Flying Into Congress?

Published on Aug 06 2013 // Featured, Political News

Shockers became quite common to Telangana Rashtra Samithi president KCR ever since Congress party has announced its decision to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh. Though the pink party boss is thinking of a merger with Congress, his cadres are bending towards exodus side, giving him more headaches.

Reports from Delhi indicate that eight TRS leaders are getting ready to jump into Congress party within no time. Under the leadership of MLC Dileep, TRS leaders like Chandrasekhar, Chandu Lal and Vijayarama Rao have met AICC in-charge of Andhra Pradesh Digvijay Singh. Their main agenda is to join Congress as soon as possible even before the State of Telangana comes into existence. With KCR getting ready to merge TRS into Congress, these cadres are thinking that travelling with Congress party much before from the merger will yield them huge.

All these developments have become headache for KCR, and he is said to be blaming Medak MP Vijayasanthi for these happenings. After the news of Vijayasanthi getting ready to sail with Cong, many TRS cadres are taking lead from her. Shocked with the moves anyway, KCR has organized an emergency meeting late in the midnight with his politburo members. He may axe those leaders in Delhi who have met Digvijay as a disciplinary act, but will those suspensions really help TRS to restrain its cadres from migrating into Congress?
