CM KIRAN’S FINAL TRIP TO DELHI?
Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy made a statement on the state bifurcation that has created waves in the political circles.
Speaking to farmers from Ananthapur at his camp office, Kiran Kumar Reddy said that there will be trouble in Rayalaseema if the state was divided. The bifurcation process should be initiated only after the problems of the Seema are solved. Centre has to examine every issue in detail, he said. The water problems will continue to plague the five districts of Rayalaseema if the state was divided, he added.
Meanwhile, minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao and Erasu Pratap Reddy who met the CM hinted that Kiran Kumar Reddy is leaving to Delhi in two days to meet the Congress High Command.
The CM told the two ministers that a final decision will be taken after he comes back from the Delhi trip. Ganta and Earsu asked the CM to forward their resignation letters to the Governor. Later, the duo also met the governor and requested him to accept their resignations.
