Jagapathi Babu once used to be cynosure of all heroes. He was hailed as heir apparent of Nata Bhooshana Sobhan Babu by romancing two heroines in most of his films. Now this family hero who is fast disappearing due to lack of opportunities is turning vicious villian of Natasimha Balakrishna.

Jagapathi Babu will be seen as powerful negative role in Boyapti Srinu’s direction. Though the film is touted to be titled Ruler, due to controversies, filmmakers are considering Jayasimha. Balayya and Boyapati are planning to replicate the magic of Simha hit.
