Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) members stalled the proceedings of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly for the third consecutive day today in support of the demand for separate Telangana.

The TRS and BJP members continued to raise slogans, prompting the chair to adjourn the House again for 30 minutes.They went into the well of the House soon demanding that the Assembly pass a resolution favoring formation of separate Telangana state.

Speaker N Manohar appeal to the members to resume their seats did not make any difference as the members continued to press for their demand, and the scene was similar when the House reassembled second time. Since Monday the Budget Session of the House could not transact normal business as TRS and BJP and also TDP intermittently stalled the proceedings.
