Non-bailable warrant on Akbaruddin

Hyderabad : MIM MLA Akbaruddin is once again facing the prospect of going behind the bars. The Nampalli court issued a non-bailable warrant against him. The Seventh Metropolitan Magistrate’s court directed the Madannapeta police to produce him on January 9. the orders were issued on a petition by Karunasagar, a lawyer on Akbaruddin’s earlier controversial remarks. It may be recalled that Akbaruddiin was arrested for his controversial remarks in Nizamabad and Nirmal. He was however granted bail after he pleaded of ill-health. There are several cases pending in different courts of not only the state, but also in New Delhi and Bangaluru against him.
