Is TDP boycotting Young tiger Jr. NTR? The latest developments hints so. Jr.NTR right now is at Vijayawada, came for inauguration of jewelery show room. However, there is no one from TDP to welcome him at airport and no welcoming banners seen anywhere from party cadres, which is an odd sign ever noticed.
Media is abuzz with the news that TDP president Chandrababu and Balakrishna are fuming on him for being silent while his close friend Kodali Nani spitting fire against them after joining YSR Congress party few months ago. They believe that even though he can control Nani by talking to him by phone, he prefers to keep silent thus letting his close friend thrash his own people and party.
There is a spicy gossip making rounds in the media that during personal discussions with his political friends Jr.NTR is said to be stating that one day he is going to take party reins from Chandrababu, which they show as another reason for boycotting him by the party cadres. It is reported that Balayya has asked the district party leaders to boycott Jr.NTR during his visit to city, which was passed to lowest ranks of the party.
The reports also state that no one is allowed to meet him in person or to put any welcoming banners from party side. Hence the ball is Balayya and Chandrababu’s court and they have to serve now clearing the air.
However, these could be rumors spread by his party enimies who might be planning to create rift between the party high command and Jr.NTR. If, we could recall his media statement given few days ago, in which he stated that he has neither interest nor time to join active politics because of busy movie shooting schedules.
He also stated that he has long way to go in his film career. So, he would like to continue in film industry only but ready to campaign for the partyduring elections time. Hence, it is understood that some of his or party enmies are taking pains to create all these rumors.
