The Government was so worked up with Telangana agitators that even CM and Speaker used discreet private vehicles abandoning their regular SUVs. Earlier, the Chief Minister traveled in a white bullet proof Ambassador car from the camp office to the Legislative Council at 6.30 am. The Speaker too traveled in a private vehicle to the Assembly to avoid trouble.

Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) MLAs had a free run on the Assembly premises on Friday. Some MLAs were burning an effigy, two MLAs climbed the TRSLP building sending the police into tizzy and it took one hour for the marshals to put an end to the drama.

After the House was adjourned, these MLAs made a bid to obstruct the convoy of the Speaker Nadendla Manohar from leaving the Assembly. The police, sensing trouble, diverted the convoy from the rear gate of Assembly.
