CBI court, which takes-up the 5^th charge sheet filed by CBI today, has served summons to home minister Sabita Indra Reddy, Jagan Mohan Reddy, Vijayasai Reddy, Dalmia Cements MD Punit Dalmia, Eesawar Cements MD Sajjala Diwakar Reddy, IAS officers Sri Lakshmi, Rajagopal and to six others accused in this case. The court asks them to attend the proceedings on June 7^th. CBI court has ordered the Chanchalguda jail superindent to make necessary arrangements to present Jagan Mohan Reddy and others on June 7^th. Quite coincidentally, today Chandrababu and his party leaders have met Governor Narasimhan appealing him to sack the charge sheeted ministers from the government.
