Kannada actor Sundeep has shot to fame after Rajamouli taps his acting skills in his ‘Eega’ movie. Sundeep has earned nationwide appreciation for his marvelous performance in this film. Apart from acting in the movies, he is also showing interest in state politics. He even planned to contest from Jagalur during recent Assembly elections in Karnataka, but dropped that idea, as he couldn’t make-up his mind about which party to join. But, he actively campaigned for Ashok Kheny contested from Bidar constituency.

Since, Sundeep is showing interest in Congress party, he met Karnataka CM Sidda Ramaiah at his official residence Krishna in Bangalore yesterday. They talked for more than half an hour in the one-to-one meeting. According to reports, Sidda Ramaiah is said to be offered him MP ticket to contest in the 2014 general elections. However, an official word yet to come.
