Purandeswari determined to chalk out strategy for Seemandhra
As the division of Andhra Pradesh is becoming inevitable, Human Resources Development state union ministerDaggubati Purandeswari is determined to fight for justice to Seemandhra. She expressed her wishes to chalk out a strong strategy to cater to the demands of the Seemandhra dwellers.
“We must have a planned strategy for a future course of action,” Purandewari reportedly said. “We cannot afford to ignore the region’s real demands and must make the center accept them,” she added. The minister elaborated that bifurcation would pose many problems such as sharing water.
“Not representing out case would only result in dire injustice and we should represent our case on all available platforms,” she said. Explaining her theory on how Seemandhra is facing injustice, Purandeswari noted that centralized development around Hyderabad with no focus on other cities has hurt the prospects of Seemandhra.
