Summons to Sonia Gandhi

UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi who went to USA for medical treatment is summoned by the Federal Court in the case of supporting the accused in the case of genocide that took place in 1984 in which a number of innocents Sikhs were killed, following assassination of Indira Gandhi.   A Sikhs’ association in USA filed the case against her on behalf of the victims.

Judge Brian M Gogus of the Federal Court issued summons on Monday.  It was instructed to the hospital personnel to personally serve the summons on her along with the copies of the complaint or can be given to her or to her security personnel.

The copies of the summons and complaints were sent to the Intelligence, FBI and New York Police.
