TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday asked Prime Minister Manmohan Singh break his silence and act in all the corruption cases as he was supposed to lead and guide the country.

Naidu said the prime minister should respond to the Supreme Court passing strictures against the government for tinkering with the CBI report on coal blocks allocation.

He said the Supreme Court observations on the prime minister and coal and law ministers reflected on the UPA government’s inefficiency leading to one scandal after the other.
