Nellore : The office of the YSR Congress in Nellore was locked up, as a culmination of the serious differences between senior leaders.

It may be recalled that the followers of Konda Surekha locked up the party office in Warangal recently, as a protest against new entrants getting appointed as party coordinators and assurances on party tickets.

A similar situation prevailed in Nellore also.

In Nellore differences between the YSR Congress district president Meruga Muralidhar and another leader Kommi Lakshmi Nayudu and Kakani came to the fore.

Murali, appointed convener with the blessings of the Mekapati brothers, was shocked when the party office was locked by the Kakani group. Murali addressed the media outside the party office.
