Warangal, Feb 19: Congress received a shock in the DCCB election in Warangal district. The party announce the candidature of Dontu Madhava Reddy. But Janga Raghava Reddy defied the high command and got elected. Pullaiah was elected vice chairman.

Expressing anger at Raghava Reddy, Madhava Reddy said he would ask the Congress high command to take disciplinary action against him.
