Kiran’s proposals for United Andhra

CM Kiran Kumar Reddy, who for the first time spells his mind in favor of united Andhra, has made an hour long argument in the core committee meeting. He has discussed about the problems that leads to Telangana demand and also presented solutions to address all those problems.

He talked about various issues ranging from power crisis, water problems, border disputes, Maoists effect and law order problems etc in the meeting. He categorically presented how the state will benefits if remain united and how it looses if divided. Ultimately, he wants the state be united and make an all round development.

He has pointed out there are four main reasons that led to Telangana demand. 1. Unemployment. 2. Education, 3.Water crisis 4. Power supply.

He said employment can be generated through industrial growth in the region. For this he quotes about number of MoUs that he has already signed with several national and Multi National Companies, which will take shape in the years to come. He suggested hike in reservations for BCs, SC, STs and minorities will help the particular sections to secure jobs in government sectors. He suggested opening of Engineering and Polytechnic colleges in every districts will give a chance to the youth to pursue higher education and ultimately helps them in securing jobs. Kiran Kumar Reddy has suggested number of power plants to be constructed across the state so as they will provide sufficient power supply for the irrigation purpose. However, Deputy CM Damodar Rajanarasimha argues otherwise and insists for separate state. Botsa Satyanarayana prefers to implement what ever the decision taken by the party high command.
