Kadiyam Srihari quits TDP

Published on May 11 2013 // Featured, Political News

Senior TDP leader and member in T-TDP forum Kadiyam Sri Hari has resigned to party a short while ago. He has sent his resignation letter to party president Chandrababu Naidu through fax. He highlights several points that lead to his resignation. He writes “I am quitting the party because TDP is gradually drifting away from its stand taken in favor Telangana. There is no place or honor for Telanagana leaders in the party.

The party’s stand on the issue is still unclear. Hence, I prefer to take active part in Telangana agitations than relying upon TDP, which gives me political life. TDP is also turns Industrialist and businessmen friendly than being the people and party cadres friendly. That is why the party was defeated twice in the elections.

Despite the defeat and my feed back, party has never tried for self appraisal in any of the matters, instead it prefes to remain unchanged. There is no co-ordination between the leaders. There are several issues that I have tried to bring to party notice but none of them were considered. Hence, I feel being negelected and leaving the party.”
