Jagan still angry with Viveka?

Hyderabad : YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy appears to be still angry with his uncle Vivekananda Reddy as he had not given any responsibility to him so far.

Viveka, brother of the late Chief Minister Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy remained in the Congress after Jagan launched his party and distanced himself from the family by contesting against Vijayamma in the Pulivendula by-election. He expected Rajya Sabha nomination after his humiliating defeat and was disappointed when the High Command chose to ignore him. Congress High Command felt that he would apparently serve no purpose as it was proved that he was no match for the YSR family.

Viveka then turned towards Jagan and gave some statements strongly attacking the critics of YSR and his family. He also objected the inclusion of YSR’s name in the FIR of Jagan assets case.

However, he was unable to get back his old position in the family. He was not even given interview by Jagan in the Chanchalguda jail. He used to visit the jail along with other family members as he would not have got the interview himself.

It is being said that Jagan was still unable to digest the fact that Viveka contested against his mother and remained loyal to the Congress party though he was sent to jail.
