Jagan Requests for Relaxation in Bail Conditions

YSR Congress Party President and Kadapa MP YS Jagan who is facing Disproportionate Assets case, spent 16 months in Chanchalguda jail and is out on the conditional bail not to leave Hydeabad, filed a petition in the CBI Special Court to relax it.

Jagan’s plea is that as an MP and President of a political party, he has to tour in the State and also may have to go to Delhi in the present special situation prevailing in the State.

Jagan says that the conditions prevailing in the State demand that he should act as an elected representative of the people and it needs physically moving not only in the city of Hyderabad but also to other areas where people are suffering.

He said that as a Member of Parliament he has a duty to go to Delhi to attend Parliament representing the people elected him to do that.
