The buzz from the Film Nagar scuttlebutt machinery goes that Thadaka is the title under consideration for Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and Sunil starer movie which happens to be the official remake of Tamil super hit movie, Vettai. The movie shooting is nearing completion and the makers are planning to begin the promotional activity with the title announcement. The movie is currently being shot in and around Vishakapatnam.

Tamannah who paired with Naga Chaitanya in 100% Love will also be playing his love interest in the movie. Sunil will be romancing Andrea Jeremiah. Konchem Ishtam Konchem Kashtam fame Dolly is wielding megaphone for this movie which is being produced by Bellamkonda Suresh. SS Thaman is the music composer.
