According to sources around 400 gms of gold ornaments worth of Rs 7 lakhs were stolen from the house of actress Ramya Krishna in Injambakkam, Chennai. Before two days ago her  father has lodged a complaint in Chennai police station ’saying that nearly 50 sovereigns of gold kept in the bureau was missing from their house.Ramya Krishna family , who is a housemaid in their house.
The police, who filed the case on Jyothi had traced her in Guntur.The police recovered 30 tolas of gold from Jyothi.She has been arrested and police questioning her now.
