Nikesha Patel who made her debut romancing Power Star Pawan Kalyan is currently suffering from Body pains. It is not due to any fever or weakness but due to strenuous dance movements.

Currently Nikesha is starring in Tamil remake of Ala Modalaindi. Recently she shot for Shruti Hasan’s song ‘shut up your mouth’ along with Gautam Kartik in Chennai.

Buzz is filmmakers composed salsa steps for the song and Nikesha says Salsa is no child’s play and by evening she is suffering from body pains. However she says she is enjoying the shoot.
