With reference to the bail given to YS Jagan after about one and half year, The Telugu Desam Party President Chandrababu Naidu says that the investigating agency is working as per the directions of the ruling Congress party.  When the Congress party finds someone opposing it, Chandra Babu says, they will be put in jail with the help of CBI and when it finds them favorable CBI will weaken the case in Court to get them out.  That is the reason gave Chandra Babu to call CBI as Congress Bureau of Investigation.

The same way Congress CBI nexus was criticized previously by Samajwadi pary President Mulayam Singh Yadav.

The above comments were made by Chandra Babu Naidu when he visited Delhi to attend National Integration Council meeting.  As the meeting was aimed at blaming opposition parties, as thought by the BJP and other parties, mostly for the riots and disturbances in the States particularly the ones not under Congress rule, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi did not attend the meeting and the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Raman Singh followed suit.

Chandra Babu was not allowed to speak in the meeting when he was raising the issue of disturbance in the State because of the Congress party’s decision to bifurcate the State.  The Finance Minister Chidambaram and Home Minsiter Sushil Kumar Shinde objected as it was not in the agenda.  Then Chandra Babu after walking out from the meeting said “How do you ensure national integration if 10 crore Telugus all over the country develop hatred among themselves?”
