Tension prevailed in the High Court premises on Wednesday with echoes of pro and anti Telangana slogans. Police are having a tough time controlling the lawyers from Seemandhra and Telangana.

Hundreds of police personnel have been deployed at the High Court where Semandhra lawyers formed as a human chain while Telangana lawyers are preparing for a rally.
Telangana lawyers have called for ‘Chalo High court’ to bring pressure on the Congress High Command to speed up the Telangana process.

Police has made it clear that permissions are denied to conduct any type of rallies or agitational programmes in and outside the court premises. They warned of strict actions against those flouting the rules.

Additional CP Anjan Kumar said arrests are imminent if anyone holds programmes that instigates people. It may be recalled here that recently there was a clash between Seemandhra and Telangana lawyers in which two lawyers were injured.
