Jagan Mohan Reddy wants a joint trial on all charge sheets

Published on Jun 04 2013 // Featured, Political News

The CBI court has extended the judicial remand of all accused in the quid pro quo investments against Jagan, illegal mining case against Obulapuram Mining Company and land deal scam case against Emaar Properties to June 17.

Jagan counsel also requested the CBI court to take up joint trial of all aspects on which different charge-sheets were filed since the charges in all the documents are of the same nature.

He told the court that separate trials in different aspects of the case would be prejudiced him and helps the investigating agency to influence the witnesses and also adulterate the evidences.
