Imagine a nameless and faceless girl, born to store-keeping parents in distant Brazil, trying to carve an image for herself in Andhra Pradesh.  Trust Puri Jagannadh for this wonder to happen.  Gabriela Bertante, the Brazillian model, will be seen in Puri’s two forthcoming films.  If she has an item song in Devudu Chesina Manushulu, she will share screen space with Pawan Kalyan for some scenes and a song in Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu.

The story is that PJ had promised her a role when she was shooting for DCM.  Trust PJ to keep his promises.  Even before she is to get the audience’s approval, she is already shooting for Pawan’s CGTR, thanks to PJ.

Rightly, she can’t thank her director enough.  “First day shooting for my next movie @purijagan ..thank u for everything purii!!”  The movie is currently shot in Hyderabad.  Tamannah Bhatia is the other participant.

She has also an item song in Ajith’s magnum opus, Billa II (David Billa).
